Order Cancellation
We process orders promptly to ensure timely delivery. If you need to cancel your order, please act quickly.
- Orders can be canceled within 12 hoursof placement.
- Once the packaging and shipping process begins, cancellations cannot be accommodated.
- A cancellation fee of 9% + $1will apply to cover expenses related to payment processing, warehouse, shipping, and platform charges.

Returns and Refunds
30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible products*. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the item in its original condition within 30 days of purchase to receive a refund (excluding any shipping fees paid).
Eligible returns must meet the following criteria:
- Merchandise must be returned within 30 daysof the purchase date.
- Merchandise must be in unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- Hygiene exclusions: Socks and underwear cannot be returned.
- Merchandise must include all original tags and packaging.
To initiate a return:
- Submit a return request through your account. A return label will be emailed to you.
- Attach the return label to the package and send the item(s) back to us in the original condition and packaging, if possible.
*If returned goods do not meet these criteria, the refund will be declined, and the items will be returned to you.
Refund Process
- Refunds will be issued within 3-5 business daysafter we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
- The refund will be processed to the original payment methodused for the order.
- Items must be in undamaged and unworn condition, with all labels and tags attached.
Please check with your payment provider for their processing times for additional details on when the refund will reflect in your account.
Faulty Products
Products are classified as faulty if they:
- Are received in a damaged condition.
- Exhibit a manufacturing defect within a reasonable time after purchase.
Note: Damage caused by wear and tear is not considered a fault.
If you believe an item is faulty, contact us at service@jbalvinworld.com. If the product is confirmed as faulty, we will:
- Issue a refund for the purchase price.
- Or, if preferred, provide a replacement.
When returning faulty items, include all original packaging and tags, if available.
Order Changes
If you need to modify an order after submission and payment, please contact service@jbalvinworld.com immediately. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee them once the order has been processed.
